We live in Selah, Washington in the heart of Washington's wine country. Our home is filled with the love our Bernese Mt Dogs provide every day.
Our involvement with the breed began in the late 80's when my mother and sister were breeding and showing Berners. I think it was inevitable we would follow suit. Not because of the family legacy but because once you have a Berner in your life there is no turning back! After a few years of being mentored by family and successfully showing many Bernese we began our own breeding program.

Our kennel name the Four-T's came about because our program was started with Fred, myself and our sons Bryce and Chase. We were the Four Thomas's. Even though our boys are now grown and on their own the name remains as well as the wonderful memories of time spent as a family.
All of our litters are carefully planned with dogs that complement each other and represent only the finest qualities of the breed. Our dogs are family companions living in our home as family members. Therefore temperament is always the most important factor in our breeding decisions. 

All of our dogs are exhibited by us in AKC -American Kennel Club and CKC- Canadian Kennel Club shows. Health certifications include Hips and Elbows through OFA-Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, eyes through CERF- Canine Eye Registry Foundation, Heart and DM through OFA.



We are members of The BMDCA-Bernese Mt Dog Club of America and the BMDCO-Bernese Mt Dog Club of Oregon. All our dogs can be found on Berner-garde.
